Risa believes that yoga restores inner balance and nurtures compassion, offering a gentle pathway toward healing, well-being, and lasting happiness.

Her yoga journey began with a heartfelt wish to support individuals experiencing physical or emotional strain. After many years in a fast-paced professional environment, she felt drawn to practices that restore equilibrium and promote holistic well-being. She was deeply inspired by her mother’s resilience and devotion to yoga while living with chronic pain. This experience, along with the guidance of transformative teachers, led Risa to embrace yoga as both a way of life and a path of service.

Risa offers a holistic and grounding approach to teaching, supporting both physical and emotional well-being through mindful movement, breathwork, and moments of gentle self-observation. Her classes begin with soft conditioning to release tension and realign the body, followed by a Hatha-based practice that encourages stability, ease, and awareness. She also incorporates 100% natural essential oils to support relaxation, healing, and balance.

Her teaching style is calm, nurturing, and accessible—meeting each student at their own level and guiding them step by step toward deeper connection, comfort, and long-term well-being.
